FAQ
Do you offer custom sizes and colors?
Yes! We can make any size garland for your event. If you have a specific idea or theme in mind, share it with us. Some custom balloons will be an additional charge.
Can you deliver and setup?
Yes, we offer delivery on any of our garlands larger than 6 feet. We can deliver & set up your garland along with your other rental items as well!
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel orders no less than two weeks prior to your event. We cannot refund orders that you cancel within two weeks of the event.
Where can I pick up my order?
Our business is off 17th & Flower in Santa Ana. Our office address is 611 W. 17th St., Santa Ana, CA, 92706.
What are your balloon delivery options?
We deliver to addresses located in Orange County, CA for rental orders of $150 or more. We calculate delivery fees upon the total miles driven round trip. (Delivery & pick up – there & back, there & back) at $1.25 per mile.
**Note: If you require a Late Night Pick up (9 PM & after), there is an additional $100.00 fee.
