FAQ
Do you offer custom sizes and colors?
Yes! We can make any size garland for your event. If you have a specific idea or theme in mind, share it with us and we will do our best to recreate anything you like! Some custom balloons (like double-stuffed colors or metal balloons) will be an additional charge.
Can you deliver and setup?
Yes, we offer delivery on any of our garlands larger than 6 feet. We can deliver & set up your garland along with your other rental items as well!
My event has been cancelled; can I get a refund?
Orders can be cancelled no less than 2 weeks prior to your event. Orders cancelled within 2 weeks of your event date cannot be refunded.
